PCEP Grantees
The Partnerships in Character Education Program (PCEP) of the Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools, U.S. Department of Education provides grants to state and local education agencies to design and implement character education programs that are: (a) integrated into classroom instruction, (b) consistent with state academic content standards, and (c) carried out in conjunction with other education reform efforts.
These competitive awards are made to eligible entities
for the purpose of designing and implementing character
education programs that take into consideration the
views of parents, students, students with disabilities,
and other members of the community.
